Being a human is stupid and comes with so much tedious and obnoxious maintenance. Starscream reluctantly has much the same idea, but he almost gives up and turns around when he sees that the pond is already occupied.

Not out of modesty or shame, of course. It's more just that he finds being alone with Orion to be a largely uncomfortable thing, and this time is no exception.

Then again, he's not about to be chased off either, so it's with a wordless nose of exasperation that he sits himself down on the bank to impatiently wait his turn, and thoughtfully stare Orion up while he's at it.
